وزارة العدل الاردنية - MOJ

The Ministry of Justice in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan has developed a special application to provide its services and facilitate access to information for the public. The ministry is dedicated to improving and updating its services by offering electronic services and utilizing modern technologies to streamline processes for citizens.

With the Ministry of Justice application, users can now request a non-conviction certificate. This certificate is a sensitive document that demonstrates that the holder has not committed any offenses or crimes against honor and public morals. The demand for this certificate has been increasing, as many local and foreign government and private entities require it for employment, obtaining a driver's license, visa, education, and other purposes. This has resulted in increased pressure on the courts, with Amman alone issuing over 500 certificates per day. By implementing the electronic service system, it is expected that there will be direct changes in terms of time, cost, and quality.

Additionally, the application provides a range of judicial services that are beneficial to citizens both within and outside the kingdom. These services allow users to access them instantly through the application. Some of the available services include querying pending lawsuits (criminal and civil) in the courts, querying rental payments in the rental departments, querying guarantees and powers of attorney at the notary public, and making electronic payments for rental payments and executive lawsuits through the e-payment gateway (efawateercom). Users can also view judicial notifications issued by the courts and published in daily newspapers through the application.
